The Grace Kids childcare ministry provides a fun and loving place for children while their families participate in groups or events outside Sunday morning. Just as it is important for adults to experience community, we believe our children should be part of a community, as well.
We strive to provide consistent caregivers during our special events so relationships of love and trust can be developed between caregivers, children, and families. Much of the Sunday morning routine and curriculum themes are used, and the same security measures are followed. This includes our 2-person per room policy for caregivers, family nametags, and wing lock-down during events. Donations are accepted to help with the cost of care and materials during these events. The suggested donation is $5 for each family per event.
We know it may be hard for families to commit to evening events. We want to help you make your transition to bed time a little easier by allowing us to help with homework, by sending an evening snack with your child, or even letting them come in their pajamas! Let us know what accommodations you need in order to make this extra time at GFC extra special.
"...and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near."
