When in Need, Pray.
God invites us to cast our cares on Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). We are also encouraged to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). Praying for each other is an indispensable part of caring for one another.
There are 2 weekly prayer group meetings open to anyone who would like to join together and pray:
When/Where:
Fridays: 7-8am in the GFC Café.
Sundays: 8-8:30am praying for the GFC community, and 8:30-9am praying for the Sunday worship services in the Starting Point Room.
You may add your prayer request to our prayer wall using the form below. Once your prayer request is received, we will share it according to your instructions. Feel free to submit as many prayer requests as you would like! Please pray for my husband Josh. He now has an ulcer on his left leg and is having to go back to Wound Care. He will have an ABI on November 11 to check the blood pressure in his legs and feet. Please pray for God to heal the ulcer. Please pray for my son’s health issues. He has a doctor appointment tomorrow. Please pray that he is honest with the doctor, that he is healthy and his mind is put at ease, and for the compassion and knowledge of the doctor.
Thank you I am asking you to pray without ceasing on my husband´s behalf. We have been separated a few years and were willing to reconcile for our children and God. Then a lady he met during separation continues to pursue him. Please pray for the strong holds to be broken. He is truly at a weak point spiritually in his life and can´t fight. Please pray for me. I am having problems with my GERD and I have a UTI. Please pray for God to heal me. My stepchildren's mother left their lives for a man and addiction and she has come back in it. It's a pattern every 6 months. I need prayers as I am feeling resentment towards her. I do not like the anger and resentment that has consumed me. I pray that I find healing and peace. I pray that their mother becomes a better mother. I pray that God directs their lives in the way it is meant to be lead. please let the anger reside so that I can move on and truly be happy for my kids. Please pray for my cousin, Dianna Necessary. Being moved to ICU with Covid. Please pray we can find an attorney and that my grandson stays in custody with his grandfather. Pray my daughter can overcome addiction, depression, and suicidal thoughts. Please pray with me that all these trials will go away that we may give God the glory. Thank you and God bless you. Hugh and Kimberly are struggling with COVID and would appreciate prayers. Daughters Chloe and Olivia are recovering from COVID as well. I want to thank all who prayed for my husband Josh. The surgery went well. The mass is cancer but the doctor didn't think that it had gone into the muscle which is good. We will know more when we see the doctor in two weeks which will be on October 6th. Please continue to pray for him . Pray the cancer has not gone into the muscle. Pray for God to give us strength to get through this. I'm a stepmom and I'm struggling with one of my stepchildren. He is angry and aggressive and I'm concerned about him. Please pray for both of us as we try to help him. I'm praying that God will help me guide him even though I'm lacking of late. I am not being a good teacher as I have also allowed my anger to rise.Phoebie Nunn
