Grace Care Teams

NOTE: In response to the current disaster response and relief efforts, we are mobilizing our existing Care Teams in some targeted ways over the next weeks and months. Signing up for one of the teams below will let us know about your passion and interest, and will include you in future communication about specific needs and opportunities to help.

Grace Fellowship’s Care Teams encourage, help, and serve the members of our church and community by praying for them weekly, providing or delivering meals, visiting the home or hospital bound, and helping seniors and widows with minor household repairs. If you are passionate, experienced, or gifted in one of these areas, please sign up. This Body needs your gifts, and it is a blessing to help. It is encouraging to see God work through you to bless others, and for God to work through others to bless you. Come be a part of our Care Teams at Grace. There is room for you!

Prayer Team
Receive a weekly email prayer list so you can pray at home, or if you like, join us Friday mornings from 7-8 or Sunday mornings from 8-9.
Visitation Team
Visit residents at Courtyard Christian living on the second Sunday of each month, or be available to visit other members who are homebound, in the hospital, without local family, or in long-term care.
Meal Team
Deliver or serve meals, send gifts cards, or participate in Meal Trains for new mothers, recovering patients, and families who are grieving a loss or in the midst of a crisis.
Helps Team
Work alongside other handy church members to help seniors, widows, and single mothers with minor home maintenance, lawn cleanup, or some other kind of help around the house.
Re:Gen Mentor
Mentor a participant going through Re:Generation. This would be a 1-year commitment to meet with a participant for an hour a week as they work through the 12 steps. Training is provided on the first Monday of each month from 6:30-8:30 pm.
