You’re Never More Than 6 Days From Help

At some level, we all experience brokenness. Through Re:Generation, we believe people can experience growth and new life by working through the healing path God has given us in the Bible. The mission of this biblically-based program is to call all people to be fully devoted followers of Christ. Our experience and prayer is that you will find healing from your hurts, habits, and hang-ups.

Re:gen meets every Monday night in the Student Center at 6:30pm. Watch online at gfcnow.com/regenlive.

As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, we are adapting how we do ministry. As we transition back to in-person  gatherings, below is some information on how we will get there:

As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, we are adapting how we do ministry. As we transition back to in-person  gatherings, below is some information on how we will get there:

  • Out of consideration for others, masks are required for all. Masks are provided if you forget.
  • All volunteers will have masks on (with smiles underneath)
  • Seating space provides family group social distancing.
  • A touch free experience: No hand shaking or hugging, seat back items, pens, and doors will be open for easy entrance and exit.
  • Deep cleaning prior to services, continued cleaning during, and hand sanitizer provided throughout the building.
  • If you are part of the most vulnerable to COVID-19, please consider watching Re:generation online which will be live at gfcnow.com/regenlive.
  • At this time, childcare will not be available.
    •  Have you been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
    • Do you have a cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath?
    • Have you had a fever above 99.9 in the last 24 hours?
    • Have you experienced a recent loss of taste or smell?

We are an authentic community of Christ-followers, relentless in helping each other experience intimacy with God and committed to glorifying God through regenerated lives. Re:generation will help you to “struggle well,” ultimately finding freedom from hurts, habits, and hang-ups by putting Christ at the center of all healing.

So whether you are struggling with substance abuse, codependency, pornography, eating disorders, depression, emotional/physical abuse, same sex attraction, anger, or obsessive thoughts—or if you are just stuck in a particular area of life—come as you are and find that God wants to heal you. He loves you and has a plan for you.

At this time, due to Covid-19, childcare is not available.

There is no cost for the program. The only monetary fee involved is to cover the step study books. The Groundwork book is $10 and each of the 5 step study books are $10, for a total suggested donation of $60. Please do not let money be an issue. We will cover the cost if necessary.

At 6:30, we meet as a large group to worship and listen to either a teaching or a testimony of someone who has walked through his or her own recovery. Afterwards, a leader will announce that we are breaking into small groups. Newcomers will be directed to stay in the auditorium. On your second time at re:generation, you go to Groundwork. You will attend Groundwork for a minimum of 6 weeks, after which we place you in a closed step study group (small group). The whole program can be completed in as little as 12 months.

Once you get in a step study group, you will begin working through the step study curriculum which is rooted in Scripture, incorporating the 12 steps. Your groups are formed, typically, with the people that arrived at re:generation around the same time you did and are separated by gender. Our groups are not issue specific. The reason for this is because we choose not to highlight the specific sin issue. Instead, we focus on why it is that we all sin. There will be approximately 10-12 people in your step study group.

Marriage Care

Your Marriage Matters

Counseling

Want to Talk With a Professional Counselor?

We believe that all people are created in the image of God, and we function at our best in relationship with others. This is why we encourage every person at GFC to be a part of a group. Having said that, sometimes we need specialized attention to work through more difficult seasons in life (such as death of a loved one, trauma, depression or anxiety). There are several counselors we recommend to individuals who need this type of care. These men and women share our philosophy of helping people through difficult times. You can contact them directly, or fill out the Care form below and we will get back to you.
