When in Need, Pray
When in need, pray. God invites us to come and cast our cares upon Him because He cares for us (1 Pet. 5:7). We are also encouraged to bear one another’s burdens (Gal. 6:2). Praying for each other is an indispensable part of caring for one another.
If you’d like to join with others in praying for your church, community, and nation, a prayer group meets on Friday mornings at 6:30am, or Sunday at 8am at GFC in the Starting Point Room.
I need prayer for understanding and healing. I'm more than lost trying to figure out why both me and my ex-wife felt very strongly that God was speaking each other into our marriage. Practically speaking we should have never gotten married but we thought we heard God and who could not obey that. The marriage was a disaster and I take the man's responsibility for that. I failed. I'm trying to understand, knowing I may never know, why we both felt God lead us to this place. I feel abandoned. Bob
