When in Need, Pray
When in need, pray. God invites us to come and cast our cares upon Him because He cares for us (1 Pet. 5:7). We are also encouraged to bear one another’s burdens (Gal. 6:2). Praying for each other is an indispensable part of caring for one another.
If you’d like to join with others in praying for your church, community, and nation, a prayer group meets on Friday mornings at 6:30am, or Sunday at 8am at GFC in the Starting Point Room.
Please pray for my grandmother, Janet. She is elderly and battling liver cancer, hepatitis, cirrhosis, anemia, and weakness. Despite her condition, the Lord has helped her greatly. She is undergoing treatment, and we ask Jesus to make it effective and grant her healing, strength, and renewed health. We trust in Him completely. Amen.Anonymous
