When in Need, Pray
When in need, pray. God invites us to come and cast our cares upon Him because He cares for us (1 Pet. 5:7). We are also encouraged to bear one another’s burdens (Gal. 6:2). Praying for each other is an indispensable part of caring for one another.
If you’d like to join with others in praying for your church, community, and nation, a prayer group meets on Friday mornings at 6:30am, or Sunday at 8am at GFC in the Starting Point Room.
I have an elderly friend named Dexter who lives about 10 miles from the church. He is a veteran, living in an RV with no power or water. Please pray that he finds a more stable living situation, and help if you can.William Solinsky
