Connect Globally
Those who go must be sent. We know that the world is broken, hurting, and in need of God’s love, so we are intentionally a “sending church.” We host international trips, and we work with global partners who express our strategic focus of bringing the gospel to the world.

GFC’s partnership with Compassion International enables us to pursue a significant role in “releasing children from poverty in Jesus’ name.”
Over 400 children are sponsored by GFC families through Compassion. Over 120 children are from Dios es Amor, our partner church outside Lima, Peru. GFC typically sends a team on a Compassion trip each year, offering sponsors in that country a chance to meet their sponsored child.

There will be opportunities for GFCers to take short-term mission trips together. Stay tuned for upcoming trips!

Global Media Outreach (GMO) is a ministry using technology to reach hundreds of thousands for Christ each month. GMO’s vision is that everyone on earth receives multiple opportunities to know Jesus. They desire to see millions trust Him, grow in faith, and connect them to the Christian community.
As Global Engagement Coordinator with Global Fellowship, Becca works to connect and equip believers across cultures to take the gospel to unreached people groups. She is stationed in Thailand. Steve and Laura Persenaire have been with MAF since 2005. After serving for 17 years in Indonesia, they now work to bring in new missionary staff. As an MAF Mobilizer, Steve is responsible for recruiting in the Southeast US region, traveling to colleges and universities as he walks alongside prospective MAF candidates. This is a vital role to the future of mission aviation as it’s so critical for MAF candidates to be prepared well for what they will face on the mission field. Steve’s many years of missionary aviation experience help him to be a good fit for this role, which involves networking and coaching. Steve and Laura, and their two daughters Julia and Katie, are active at Grace Fellowship Church, volunteering in different ministries.
