Our volunteer training lunch will be held on Sunday, March 30th at 12:30.
All volunteer groups, unless otherwise noted, need to be at GFC by 4:00pm on April 4th for check-in and orientation. Dinner will be provided.

Setup Crew: This group will get the GFC facilities ready for the biggest party of the year! Daytime and evening times will be available April 3rd-4th.
Welcome Crew: From parking to guest check-in, this enthusiastic group will make guests feel welcome and prepare them for a party!
Paparazzi Crew: This is your chance to cheer for and dance with our guests. Just wear your favorite formal wear and dancing shoes!
Behind the Scenes Crew: These volunteers will jump in where needed and work behind the scenes to make sure the night runs smoothly.
Refreshment Crew: Dancing makes everyone hungry so these volunteers will prepare refreshments and serve them with a smile!
Activities Crew: We want to make sure our guests have a night to remember! These volunteers will make that happen by playing games, pampering our guests and assisting with other activities.
Cleanup Crew: Joy Prom will be a night to remember but we do have to get the facilities ready for Sunday! This crew will serve from 7:30-9:30pm on April 4th.
