When in Need, Pray.
God invites us to cast our cares on Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). We are also encouraged to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). Praying for each other is an indispensable part of caring for one another. At GFC, there are number of ways we seek to stay connected with God and one another through prayer.

Feel free to submit as many prayer requests as you would like! Please pray that God removes this compulsion to keep falling into the sin of the flesh. I truly need your prayers. Thank you so much. Please pray for my health. I REALLY need a touch of healing from The LORD. Please pray for my son, who has a physical fitness test for a job next week. Pray for him to pass and get the job. Please pray that I can finally have a new job after months of applying, and for financial provision after this year of drought. This we claim in Jesus' mighty name Amen. I kindly ask for your prayers for my father, a Christian pastor who has been unjustly detained facing false charges. This situation is destroying his life, his ministry, and our family. Please pray for his freedom and his court July 9th. Chris LaBron is in the hospital, in pain and needing his hip replacement which has been delayed due to infection. Please pray for our 17 y/o daughter, Ruth, who ran away from home on July 5th. Please pray for her safety, but most of all, pray for her to run back to Jesus and to know how much He loves her. Thank you. Please pray for Olga, who shared her umbrella with me a few days ago at a bus station, for her family and friends to become born again, baptized in water and in the Holy Spirit, and to be led by God and hear God always in the Name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit amen. Please pray that I my appetite would increase so that I could gain weight. Please pray for our family. We were informed last night that our rental property is being sold. We have 6 months to find somewhere for us and our 3 young children to live. We've faced a lot of trials this year, and after getting married and my husband receiving Christ, it seems we're hit every time we turn around. Please pray we stay strong in our faith and God opens some doors for our family. Thank you so much. Pray that I would experience the freedom that is promised in Christ. Right now, I feel trapped by the enemy. Pray that my son and I would be blessed and not cursed, and for our health, safety, and healing from past hurts. My brother Joe is battling addiction and is at the brink of death. Please pray for his complete deliverance from addiction, for protection over his life and health, that shame, guilt, and fear would be broken, that he’d feel God’s love and choose truth and life, for strength and wisdom for me as I walk this with him, and for the Holy Spirit's help. Thank you. I'm living alone and my car needs repair. Also, my mother is 95 and in a nursing home with dementia, heartbroken and lonely. Would you pray that God would sustain us both, and meet our needs? Please pray for God's powerful healing hand on me and my mom physically, and His strength to help us through the difficult hardships. Thank you so much. I need fervent prayer for problems with my heart, pulmonary arteries, right hip dysplasia, bone cysts, and fatty liver disease. Thank you!
I have an elderly friend named Dexter who lives about 10 miles from the church. He is a veteran, living in an RV with no power or water. Please pray that he finds a more stable living situation, and help if you can. Please pray for the Williams family. Carol Williams passed on June 21st.Davi
