The Single Adult group at Grace Fellowship includes lifelong singles, divorcées, widows, and widowers of any age. We have members in their young 30s through their upper 80s, but our “sweet spot” is probably in the 40s and 50s since many divorces happen at that age. It’s a great group, and we rally less around our age, and more around a mutual desire to grow in the faith, form friendships, recover, heal, serve, love, and have fun.

The  anchor of our group is a weekly Bible study on Thursday from 6:30-8:00 in the North 1 Room (just inside the north/back entrance). We stay busy with social events too, with a hike, dance, meal, game night, concert, or something nearly every weekend. Once you stop by in person, we can get you added to our email list and/or private Facebook group, which is where we coordinate most of our events.

Contact Jamin Rathbun for more info. We’ve love to get you plugged in! We’re better together!

Whether you have been divorced for two years or twenty, or are in the midst of a separation and are navigating a current divorce, this class will help. Come experience twelve weeks of encouragement and healing as part of a community using the book “Navigating Divorce: A Parable About Care And Recovery After A Divorce” by Jamin Rathbun.

Topics will navigate sorrow, infidelity, identity, anger, forgiveness, grief, planning for the future, and more. Each week’s class will use the group study guide as a way to review the content of one chapter and discuss its applications in our own unique relationships and circumstances.

Whatever your circumstances, we believe this class will help you find a path forward with fewer regrets, and to find the Lord faithful in these faith-building, grace-reveling years. Navigating divorce is hard. You don’t have to do it alone.

Begins Tuesday, September 3, 6:30-8 pm,, at GFC in North Room 2.

Cost $20.

Childcare is available with a reservation; space is limited.
