How did you decide to get involved, and why did you choose this volunteer role?

“We enjoy meeting and greeting people and to be hopefully encouraging to newcomers”
“I knew this was something my husband and I could do together and share in the joy of welcoming others to the fellowship of Grace.”

What is your favorite memory from volunteering with GFC?

“Having witnessed others who share their enthusiasm about Grace, the message, and perhaps their search for a church home ended the day they came. ”
“Seeing people who were searching for a church home, come to the table in excitement with the message, or some aspect of the service and how it met their needs. ”

What would you say to someone who wants to get involved in a volunteer role?

“The joy you give away always comes back to you multiplied. It’s a great way to get to know others and feel more a part of the community of Grace in serving.”
“There is joy in serving. There is a greater sense of community in serving with others and feeling more a part of the life of the church. ”
