New GFC Staff: Meet Sam Harless!

Hello! My name is Sam Harless, and I’m the Student Ministry Programming Assistant here
at Grace Fellowship Church. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to step into this role and be part
of what God is doing through Grace Students!

I’ve lived in JC all my life, and I just graduated from University High this past May, making me
the youngest on staff here! I plan to attend Liberty University’s online program in the Spring with
a double major in Bible and developmental psychology.

I’ve been blessed to call GFC my home for the past 14 years! As someone who grew up in
Grace Students, I feel so incredibly grateful that God has given me the opportunity to pour into a
place that had such a deep and meaningful impact on my spiritual growth. My role in a nutshell
is to help make Grace Students a fun and welcoming environment, assisting in Grace Students’
mission, to “Launch students with an authentic and reproducible faith.”

Some fun facts about me:- I have two pug babies that I love very much and a chihuahua named Charles Barkley
that I tolerate.
– I am a biscuits and gravy connoisseur.
– I have a healthy obsession with Batman.
– I love CROCS!

I am excited for what God has in store for Grace Students in the coming years, and very grateful I get to be a part of it (: If you see an almost bald (shoutout 8th grade boys), young guy with a Grace Students shirt on, come say hi!
