One of the great strengths of GFC, in my opinion, is our leadership team that is made up of “elders.” From the very first day in 1979, we have entrusted our direction, doctrine, values, etc. to leaders who meet the biblical qualifications contained in Titus 1 and 1 Timothy 3.

If you missed it, yesterday we presented Jonathan Yates, Randy Ferguson, David Paduch, and Trey Spence to the congregation for confirmation as elders. These four individuals have spent several months meeting with the elders and the board has unanimously affirmed that they have the maturity and wisdom to serve in this capacity at GFC.
