New GFC Staff: Meet Kaleb Boas!

I am originally from the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in California. After high school, I joined the Marine Corps and was stationed at Camp Pendleton in San Diego. When I got out of the military, I completed my undergraduate studies and worked in youth ministry while in Southern California.

It was there that I met my amazing wife, Bella. We have been married since 2015. We moved to Northern California for graduate school where we both completed our master’s degrees in counseling. We have a love for working and serving the church through our passion for mental and spiritual health.

Our first son, Oliver, was born in 2023 and we knew we were being called to relocate. We transitioned to Johnson City in the summer of 2025 and welcomed our second son, Ashton, to our family.

We are excited to transition back into vocational ministry and are in awe of God’s great work that is happening here at Grace Fellowship Church. We immediately got connected to the wonderful team here and feel so blessed to have our sons grow up in this church family.

We love the outdoors and cannot wait to continue to explore this beautiful area through hiking, camping, and spending as much time outdoors as we can. We are blessed to be a part of this team. I am excited to help empower and equip our many groups and leaders through my role as groups pastor.
