Communications

The Communications Team at GFC exists to engage people in the ultimate journey and inspire them to take next steps through clear, authentic, and compelling communications. In a world saturated with information, we strive to cut through the noise and draw people's attention toward God and their place in His story. Toward this end, we utilize individuals gifted in graphic design, photography, writing, social media, email marketing, and other creative arts.



Graphic Designer - collaborate with the Communications Director to design collateral for a variety of projects such as large-scale events, print materials, email marketing, and other ministry initiatives (experience required; a portfolio of your work will be reviewed)

Photographer - document events throughout the year in a photo-journalistic style and participate in stylized sessions on an as-needed basis (experience required; a portfolio of your work will be reviewed)

Social Media Coordinator - collaborate with the Communications Director to create and schedule engaging, relevant, and shareable content for Facebook and Twitter (you're the right fit if you consider yourself a digital native and love social media)

Writer/Storyteller - Discover and share GFC stories through compelling, shareable written content; work may include covering events, conducting interviews, and other creative ways of capturing stories (experience preferred; samples of prior work will be reviewed)

Communications Specialist - Work closely with the Communications Director in a variety of essential behind-the-scenes work, whether cropping or organizing photos, setting up the bulletin, helping design lobby displays, and more; this role is customized around your unique gifts! This may be a perfect fit for young adults working to develop their marketability with real world work experience.
