New GFC Staff: Meet Cara Chute!

I am truly honored and excited to step into the role of Women’s Director at GFC. What makes this especially meaningful to me is that I’m not stepping into something new but I’m stepping into something where God is already at work!

For over 46 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving with Cru, and that season of ministry has deeply shaped me. It has formed how I understand Scripture, discipleship, and what it means to walk closely with God. Cru has been instrumental in my spiritual growth, and I’m so grateful for the ways God has used it to anchor and mature my faith. I will continue in my role with Cru on a part-time basis, and I see that as a natural complement to what God is calling me into here.

I’m so grateful to be part of the GFC community, and I’m expectant for all that God will do in and through Grace Women. I am passionate about creating environments where women feel welcomed, known, and truly invited in no matter where they are in their faith. I love seeing women engage with the Word, understand it, and begin to live it out in everyday life. There is nothing more encouraging to me than watching someone move from simply attending something to experiencing real transformation.

Women’s ministry creates space for honest conversation, deeper relationships, personal application of the Word, and leadership development. There is something powerful about watching a woman begin to see herself the way God sees her and step into all that He has designed her to be.

I truly look forward to all that God has ahead for us. I can’t wait to walk this out together!
